Dana White fires back at Conor McGregor for missing opportunity at UFC 249

Recently, The Notorious, Conor McGregor announced his retirement from the business claiming that he is not interested in fighting anymore because of poor matchmaking skills by the officials.

This is not the first retirement statement made by the notorious. Conor McGregor last year had an issue with UFC leading to his retirement which was later solved giving a chance to McGregor.

Conor McGregor stated that the game just does not excite him and that's the reason for his decision. McGregor said everything has paused and slowed up and there's nothing happening.

Conor McGregor stated that he has laid out a plan and a method that was the right move to go with. But, UFC was not interested in it. Conor McGregor fired at UFC for always refusing his decision and plans which keep the business rolling.

Conor McGregor wanted to face Justin Gaethje for the interim lightweight championship after his epic victory over the el cucuy, But, UFC is having another plan of making Justin Gaethje and Khabib Nurmagomedov in the unifier bout.

Conor McGregor didn't like the idea of waiting for Khabib Nurmagomedov until September. UFC president Dana White earlier responded when Conor McGregor announced his retirement. Now, The boss has heard enough and started to fire back at Conor McGregor for missing the opportunity at UFC 249.

Dana White said that Conor McGregor wants to fight Gaethje who just won to get the fight with Khabib. Dana White also explained the situation and stated that he has already given an opportunity to McGregor which he missed.

Dana White said that Conor McGregor refused to fight at UFC 249 claiming that he is not a replacement fighter. Dana White said Conor McGregor missed a big chance which hitted Gaethje who capitalised the opportunity.

Dana White knows that Conor McGregor is frustrated right now because of the current situations. UFC is pulling off these situations and just made it to Yas Island. Conor McGregor is in a hurry to make up the fight. But, Current situations are not choosing the Notorious and that's the reason for his retirement.

Also, Conor McGregor stated earlier that UFC Fight Night of May 30 and UFC 250 were not interesting and was boring. Conor McGregor didn't know the exact reason, If it was the crowd or some other reasons.
