Can Dominick Cruz gain an upper hand against Marlon Moraes?

Former WSOF Bantamweight Champion and current number one ranked in BantamWeight division, Marlon Moraes recently challenged The Dominator, Dominick Cruz for a fight. Cruz still didn't respond to the challenge. However, If Cruz accepts the fight, Could he survive the wrath of the Magic.

Recently Marlon Moraes called Dominick Cruz on Twitter for a fight and asked him to pick a date for the fight. Marlon Moraes made this challenge after his fight with Petr Yan has called off.

Petr Yan is now scheduled to face Jose Aldo for the vacant BantamWeight Championship after it was vacated by then UFC Bantamweight Champion, Henry Cejudo after his match with The Dominator, Dominick Cruz at UFC 249.

After returning to the octagon after almost three years, Dominick Cruz showed that he is still capable of taking challenges and he was also upset over his loss to The Messenger, Henry Cejudo.

Dominick Cruz was not happy with the referee's stoppage. But, As said by the boss, the Referee's decision makes it all at the octagon. Dominick Cruz fired on the referee and claimed to have drunk and smoked.

After the announcement made by Cejudo, Cruz is willing to continue in UFC and get a shot at vacant UFC BantamWeight belt. But, A match between Petr Yan and Jose Aldo for the UFC BantamWeight belt will be a frustrating one for Cruz.

If a fight between Marlon Moraes and Dominick Cruz happens, It may take chance as an eliminator and the winner of this fight may serve as the new contender to challenge the winner of Petr Yan and Jose Aldo for the UFC BantamWeight belt.

Dominick Cruz would love to be part of this match. But, He is yet to respond. If the match between Marlon Moraes and Dominick Cruz takes place, The Dominator has high chances to win the fight.

Marlon Moraes was last seen in action against Jose Aldo where he secured a victory via split decision. It was a debut fight of Jose Aldo in BantamWeight. Regarding the BantamWeight title fight, Petr Yan has high chances to get the upper hand and he may also face Cruz to defend it.
