Conor McGregor opens about his retirement

Conor McGregor recently joined Henry Cejudo, Jon Jones, Jorge Masvidal by announcing his retirement and giving a big upset to UFC. Later after announcing his retirement, Conor McGregor opens about his surprise decision.

In his recent interview, Conor McGregor stated that the game just does not excite him and that's the reason for his decision. McGregor said everything has paused and slowed up and there's nothing happening.

McGregor said he is going through opponent options and there's no one to match him up, There's no one who's exciting. Conor McGregor said the UFC should have just kept the ball rolling by putting him and Gaethje for the interim lightweight championship rather than waiting for Khabib Nurmagomedov and Justin Gaethje in September.

Conor McGregor said something else is going to happen in September and said that's not going to happen. Conor McGregor laid out a plan and a method that was the right move to go with. But, UFC always refuses the notorious' decision. Conor McGregor said UFC always goes against him and his plans which will keep up the business and roll the ball.

Conor McGregor revealed that he prepared the tweet two weeks ago and just kept it in drafts for weeks and waited for a moment.

Conor McGregor got a little bored of the game. Conor McGregor has watched UFC Fight Night of May 30 and UFC 250 and said those fights were boring and didn't excite anyone. Conor McGregor didn't know the exact reason, If it was the crowd reason or other reasons.

McGregor had his goals, plans and the season and everything laid out. But, Current scenarios broke those plans. McGregor said that there is all f*****g happening at the minute. Conor McGregor said UFC wants him to throw at different weight divisions and offer him some stupid stupid fights. Conor McGregor doesn't give a f**k about it. 

This is not the first retirement statement made by the notorious. Conor McGregor last year had an issue with UFC leading to his retirement which was later solved giving a chance to McGregor.

Dana White responds to Conor McGregor after his retirement statement. 

Dana White said nobody is pressuring anybody to fight. He addressed the current situation and said if Conor McGregor wants to retire, He can retire. Dana White loves Conor McGregor and respects his decision. Dana White said that there's a handful of people that have made this really fun for him and Conor McGregor is one of them.
