List of matches announced and yet to be announced for WWE BackLash


WWE BackLash will be live on June 14 and the things are heating up on Monday Night Raw. WWE announced few matches for WWE BackLash and left some clues for other matches. We made a quick note to give a preview of confirmed and yet to be confirmed matches for WWE Backlash.

Announced Matches

Edge vs Randy Orton in a straight-up Wrestling match

Edge and Randy Orton, Former tag team partners are set to clash for the second time at WWE BackLash. The first time, This duo faced at Wrestlemania 36 in the last man standing match where the viper was knocked to the ground.

After almost a month, Randy Orton and Edge came face to face on Monday Night Raw where Randy Orton challenged Edge for a straight-up wrestling match. Edge was in a dilemma at that edition on Raw. But, On another week, Edge accepted Randy's challenge paving to become the first match announced.

Drew McIntyre vs Bobby Lashley for WWE Championship

Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley, Former stables along with King Corbin, Are now set to face at WWE Backlash for the WWE Championship. Drew McIntyre won the title by defeating the Beast, Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania, and successfully defending it against the Big Show on the same night and Seth Rollins at Money in the Bank.

The Almighty, Bobby Lashley returned to dominate WWE two years ago and reported to dethrone the Beast which didn't happen due to various reasons. Now, Bobby Lashley is completely set on Reward. This match was officially announced when these big monsters exchanged some blows on Twitter.

Asuka vs Nia Jax for Raw women's championship

Asuka won the Money in the Bank ladder match to become the first woman to win the Royal Rumble match and Money in the Bank match. On Raw after MITB, Then Raw women's champion, Becky Lynch announced that she is pregnant and relinquished the title.

Becky Lynch revealed that Money in the Bank ladder match was originally set for the Raw women's championship and not for the opportunity making Asuka the new Raw women's champion. On the following week, Nia Jax crashed Asuka's party and attacked Asuka's closest one, Kaire Sane.

After that, Asuka was in search of Nia Jax and this segment could lead up to a match between Asuka and Nia Jax for Raw women's championship at WWE BackLash

Andrade vs Apollo Crews for the United States championship

Apollo Crews recently faced Andrade where he was injured and missed the opportunity to take place at Money in the Bank. Apollo Crews returned as a guest of KO show and battled Andrade and Angel Garza along with Kevin Owens

Next week on Raw, Apollo Crews is set to face Andrade for The United States Championship in which Apollo has high chances to win and gain the United States Championship.

If Apollo wins the match, Andrade won't leave him easily and chooses for a rematch at WWE Backlash. Even if Apollo loses next week on Raw, He may demand a rematch at WWE Backlash.

Street Profits vs Viking Raiders for the Raw Tag Team Championship

Street Profits and Viking Raiders are recently engaged in friendly matches like Basket Ball match and Axe Throwing match.

In Basket Ball match, Street profits defeated Viking Raiders with a huge score gap, Then Viking Raiders revealed the reason for their loss. Then Viking Raiders got a victory at Axe throwing competition settling the score.

This bitter rivalry may end at WWE BackLash when Street Profits and Viking Raiders face for the Raw Tag Team Championship.
