Can Tyron Woodley overcome Gilbert Burns at Smaller Cage on May 30?

UFC has successfully bounced back from this global pandemic and set to conduct it's the fourth event during these tough times in the form of UFC APEX fight night highlighting Tyron Woodley and Gilbert Burns.

Before setting the fight between Tyron Woodley and Gilbert Burns, Dana White said that is the one they wanted to make for the fight night as Gilbert Burns has been on an absolute rampage. Gilbert Burns is undefeated at welterweight since his return to the division and beat Demain Maia in his last fight which is a big deal.

It was recently reported that the cage size for the May 30 event will be decreased which stands as a notable point in this main event. It is reported that all the Apex events will take place in a 25′ cage rather than a 30′ cage which is generally used.

The Key Point is, As the size of the cage decreases, There are more chances for higher interactions between the fighters which may result in higher chances for KO's and TKO's rather than decisions.

This note is to be considered for the main event too. The Durinho, Gilbert Burns is willing to continue his TKO history in the small cage against The Chosen One, Tyron Woodley. The Chosen One is coming off a loss and willing to pump his dominance in the division.

Can the Chosen One bounce back or Will Burns burns Woods and light up the division? Speculations consider this match to be in the control of Gilbert Burns and scope for his chances raised after the change in the size of the cage.

Not backing up to it, There would be a Heavyweight match in the main event featuring Blagoy Ivanov and Augusto Sakai.

The main card also consists of a fight welterweight fight between Kevin Holland and Daniel Rodriguez. Kevin Holland will enter the octagon for the second time in this month in a span of 14 days equaling the second shortest fight durations in the UFC.

Coming up to the lightweight division, Roosevelt Roberts will face Brok Weaver in a thunderous showdown. In women's bout of Main Event, The strawweight division will feature a fight between Mackenzie Dern and Hannah Cifers.
