TNT CHAMPIONSHIP

A new championship is going to be released in AEW. It's inaugural TNT CHAMPIONSHIP. A tournament will be conducted beginning April 8 on AEW Dynamite. Finals round will be conducted at double or nothing 2 pay per view. High qualified players are set to foot in the ring.

How/ does the tournament go?

The tournament will start from the quarter-final. There will be 4 rounds in the quarter-final consisting of 8 players in total and 2 players (singles match) in each round. Winner of each round will advance to semifinals which consist of 2 rounds and 4 players in total and 2 players (singles match) in each round. Winners of semi-finals advance to finals. The winner of the final round will be considered as your new TNT champion. Shawn Spears and Cody Rhodes will face in round 1, Darby Allin and Sammy Guevara will face in round 2. Players of other rounds will be listed on the AEW dynamite of this week.

SAMMY VS SELLS

Tony Schiavone and Cody Rhodes started AEW dark. They are very happy about the announcement of the TNT Championship.

Guevara faces Sells before the quarter-final match which 2 I'll be next week. AEW dark superstars are very weak. Sammy shows dominance from the start of the match. He slaps Sells and disrespects him. Sammy with a cutter on Sells. Sammy could get a victory over there. But, Sammy picks him up and shows some disrespect. Guevara with a child play and vertical suplex to Sells and sells hooks up at 2. Sells got his chance and node a cutter to Sammy Guevara, Sammy got up at 2. Sammy is tense and hits sells with a burning GTS for a victory. Sammy took a mic and said that he's the best in the whole world. He challenges anyone to step foot in the ring with him. ( Sammy beat an unskilled wrestler and boasts off after a loss against Kenny Omega last week)

SHAWN SPEARS VS SHAWN DEAN

The IIconic Shawn Spears is set to face Shawn Dean. And again I'm respectfully saying that AEW dark superstars can't beat main event superstars. From the beginning of the match, Shawn Spears is dominant. Even though there is a fight between both, they are not at equal. Spears hits Dean with a DDT for a victory. Impressive victory for Shawn Spears ahead of quarter-finals.

PRESTON VANCE VS DARBY ALLIN

Preston Vance has a record of 0 wins in AEW and this guy attacked Darby Allin from the back. He ambushes Allin before the match. The match begins and both men brawl together. Vance with some momentum and Darby Allin slaps him. Vance with a vertical suplex and Darby counters and hits him with a Coffin Drop for an impressive victory.

TNT Tournament prediction

Cody Rhodes may win new TNT CHAMPIONSHIP. He is obligated that he should not hold aew world heavyweight championship, so this is the next biggest title and Cody keeps an eye on it. In the first round Cody will beat Shawn Spears. In the second round Darby Allin will beat Sammy Guevara. In a clash between Darby and Cody, Cody will be victorious. In the finals we may see Cody and MJF fight against each other and Cody being the new TNT champion.
