Israel Adesanya says John can run but I'll hunt him down
At the UFC 247 press conference, Jon jones was told he doesn't want Israel Adesanya in Middleweight and also Jon will be moving up to heavyweight by the time when Israel his middleweight fights.
While talking to Submission Radio, Israel Adesanya responded to the UFC 247 press conference comments saying, he doesn't have problem-fighting in the heavyweight division as he has fought fighters in heavyweight before coming to UFC. Israel Adesanya said "I’ve been a heavyweight in boxing, in kickboxing. I’ll do it in again in MMA. So, it’s never been an issue for me. He can try and run to heavyweight, but I’ll chase him down. I’ll hunt him down if I have to.”
When Submission Radio asked about his toughest fight till now, Israel mentioned that Kelvin Gastelum is my toughest opponent so far physically, mentally and Anderson Silva is another toughest opponent so far. I don't think Yoel Romero will keep quiet or look easy but I'll make it look easy
While asked about the Walkout at UFC 248, Israel said, he said, "I like to keep things fresh and also, you have to understand walkout was special and also impactful as it was because there was unexpected that's why so people expect something you don't have possess so expect the unexpected when it comes to me"
